If you run websites for local clients who need to be online, found on Google and able to approve work, LotsBusiness costs $4.30 per client a month on its 25-client plan, billed yearly, with business email and hand-over included. Duda works out at $13.84 per client at 25 clients on its Agency plan and fits better if the platform itself is what you resell under your own brand.
Every Duda fact below comes from Duda's own pricing, business plans, white-label pages and homepage, checked on 27 October 2026. Prices are US dollars before tax. LotsBusiness prices come from lots.business/pricing and the LotsTech price catalogue, checked on 27 October 2026. For the wider list of tools, see my Duda alternatives for agencies.

Checked on 27 October 2026 on duda.co/pricing, duda.co/pricing/business-plans, duda.co/white-label and the Duda homepage. "Not described" means I didn't find it on those pages, not that it can't be done.
How I worked out Duda's price per client: the Agency plan is $52 a month billed yearly ($624 a year) with 4 sites, and each extra site is $14 a month billed yearly ($168 a year). Five clients is $624 plus one extra site, $792 a year. Twenty-five clients is $624 plus 21 extra sites, $4,152 a year. On White Label ($149 a month billed yearly, $1,788 a year, 4 sites) the same sums give $32.60 per client at 5 clients and $17.72 at 25. LotsBusiness is the plan price divided by its businesses: $390 over 5, $1,290 over 25.
Where LotsBusiness is the better choice
One package per client, at a price that falls as you grow
The paid unit in LotsBusiness is a business: its website, Google profile, email domain and enquiries. Every feature is on every paid plan, and plans differ only in how many businesses they cover.
- Starter: 1 business, $120 a year ($10 a month) or $19 monthly.
- Pro: 5 businesses, $390 a year ($6.50 per business a month) or $59 monthly.
- Business: 25 businesses, $1,290 a year ($4.30 per business a month) or $199 monthly.
Extra businesses cost your plan's rate, and pay as you go is $20 per business a month from LotsTech Credits, charged daily. Pro and Business include LotsNotes Pro. You charge your clients whatever you like: LotsBusiness bills you, not them. The full breakdown is in LotsBusiness pricing explained.
Business email at the client's own name, with no per-mailbox bill
Clients trust info@theirbusiness.com more than a free address. In LotsBusiness, business email is part of every paid business: once the client's domain is connected, you create unlimited mailboxes on it. If payment ever lapses, sending stops at once, incoming mail keeps arriving for 14 days, and nothing stored is deleted. On Duda's side, the White Label plan brands the platform's own emails, and I found no client mailboxes on its pricing or white-label pages, so client email is usually bought separately.
Sign-off and hand-over built for the job
- One workspace for every client and your team, with admin, manager and viewer roles and unlimited team members.
- Client access to one business only. A client never sees your other clients.
- Approval links. The client opens the draft site and business details from a link, with no account, and approves or asks for changes. Nothing goes live until you publish.
- Hand-over. When the client wants to own it, the business, its website and its domain move to the client's own account and plan. You can ask to keep manager access, and the client decides.
All of this is on every plan, Starter included. I wrote up the steps in how agencies get client sign-off and hand over a website.
The website, the Google profile and the listing from the same facts
Name, hours, services and area live in one record. Change the hours once and the website, its structured data, its llms.txt and the free LotsBusiness listing update within a minute, so Google and AI assistants read the same details the visitor sees. The Google Business Profile is created from that record, verified by Google's own methods, and then you post offers, events and updates to it.
One thing to know: a client's weekly hours reach Google once, when the profile is created. After that you change the hours on the Google profile itself, and Apple Maps and other directories are changed by hand too. LotsBusiness shows which directories matter for the trade and the exact details to enter, but you or your team submit them. Google decides verification and ranking, so nobody can honestly promise a position.
What Duda does well
Duda is built for agencies, and it shows:
- White-label that goes all the way. On White Label, the website editor, multi-site dashboard, preview pages, platform emails and client login screen carry your brand, on your own platform domain, with client billing and a branded support portal. If your clients log in to build and edit their own sites, LotsBusiness doesn't go that far.
- Local sync on the homepage. Duda says you can connect a client's site and Google Business Profile to keep data like business hours in sync across both.
- More than a brochure site. Each site gets bookings and marketing automation, and per-site business plans from $7 a month billed yearly add online stores with 0% transaction fees. LotsBusiness has no online shop; that is LotsStore.
- Platform depth. A REST API on its Custom plan, MCP access from Agency, an AI Visibility add-on from $19 a month and a 14-day trial with no card.
Plan prices, checked on 27 October 2026, billed yearly (monthly in brackets): Basic $19 ($25), Team $29 ($39), Agency $52 ($69), White Label $149 ($199), and Custom by quote.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose LotsBusiness if your clients are local businesses that need a website, a Google profile and email at their own name, you want them to approve from a link and own the result at the end, and you want the cost per client to fall as your list grows.
- Choose Duda if white-label is the product you sell, if clients log in to the platform under your brand, or if their sites need stores or deeper bookings.
How to move a client from Duda to LotsBusiness
- Add the client. Create the business, or let LotsBusiness read the client's current website and fill in the name, phone, hours and description.
- Build the new site. Pick the ready-made design for the client's trade, change texts, colours and pages without code, and preview. The Duda site stays live meanwhile.
- Get sign-off. Send an approval link and wait for the client's yes.
- Move the domain. Check where the domain is registered. If it is with Duda, transfer it to a registrar you control first. Then add the one DNS record LotsBusiness shows you.
- Link the Google profile they already have, so you don't create a duplicate, or create one step by step if they have none.
- Switch on business email once the domain is connected, and create the mailboxes.
- Hand over or keep managing. Give the client access to their own business only, or hand it over to their own account.
Cancel the Duda site only after the new one is live on the client's domain.
Or ask your AI assistant
Everything above works in the dashboard. LotsBusiness also works with the AI agent you already use, so if you work in ChatGPT or Claude, connect it once on the connect page (sign in with your account, no key) and ask in plain words:
Add Example Plumbing Co. to my agency workspace from their current website, draft a site from the plumbing design, and send me an approval link. Then show me the DNS record for example.com.
The assistant previews everything, and nothing goes live until you approve.
FAQ
Is LotsBusiness a Duda alternative for agencies?
Yes, for agencies whose clients are local businesses. Both give you a client workspace, hosting and sites for many clients. LotsBusiness adds business email, a Google profile with step-by-step verification, approval links and hand-over in one price per client, from $4.30 a month on 25 clients billed yearly. Duda adds full white-label, stores and a deeper platform.
How much does Duda cost per client?
Checked on 27 October 2026: the Agency plan is $52 a month billed yearly ($624 a year) with 4 sites, and each extra site is $14 a month billed yearly. That is $13.20 per client a month at 5 clients and $13.84 at 25. White Label is $149 a month billed yearly with 4 sites.
Does Duda include business email?
Duda's White Label plan brands the platform's own emails with your domain. I found no client mailbox hosting on its pricing or white-label pages. LotsBusiness includes business email with unlimited mailboxes at each client's own domain on every paid plan.
If I change my client's hours in LotsBusiness, does Google change too?
No. The hours you set reach Google once, when the Google Business Profile is created. A later change updates the client's website, structured data, llms.txt and LotsBusiness listing, and you change the Google profile and other directories yourself, with the exact hours ready to copy.
Can I white-label LotsBusiness like Duda's White Label plan?
Partly. Each site can hide the "Made with LotsBusiness" line, but approval links and the dashboard carry the LotsBusiness name, and there is no custom platform domain or client billing. If your clients never log in to build sites, that is usually enough.
Can I move my clients' sites from Duda to LotsBusiness?
You rebuild each site in LotsBusiness: add the client, start from a design for their trade, get an approval link signed off, then connect the client's domain with one DNS record when you switch. The client keeps their domain.
