# Website Builders That Include Business Email (2026)

Most website builders give you business email free for a first year or sell it as an add-on. LotsBusiness includes email at your own domain with unlimited mailboxes on every paid plan, from $10 a month billed yearly. Hostinger and Squarespace include email for the first year only, and B12 includes a custom address from its $78 a month plan.

Why it matters: a customer trusts you@yourbusiness.com more than yourbusiness123@gmail.com, and the website, the domain and the email all point at the same name. The catch is that most builders treat email as somebody else's product. You get it free for twelve months, then a per-mailbox bill arrives from Google or Microsoft, one mailbox at a time.

I opened every builder's own pricing and product pages on 20 October 2026 and looked at one thing first: what email you get with the plan, how many mailboxes, and what happens after year one. Prices are US dollars before tax. Sources are at the end.

## Website builders with business email at a glance

| Builder | Business email with the plan? | Mailboxes | After the first year | Plan price | Google Business Profile |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| **LotsBusiness** | Yes, on every paid plan | Unlimited, at the business's own domain | Still included, same plan price | From $10 a month billed yearly ($19 monthly) per business; $4.30 per business on 25 | Create and verify step by step, or link one, then post |
| **Hostinger Website Builder** | Free for 1 year | 2 per website (Premium); unlimited per website (Unlimited, Cloud Startup) | Not shown on the builder page | Renews at $10.99 a month (Premium) or $16.99 (Unlimited); the first term is paid upfront for 48 months | Not listed on the builder page |
| **Squarespace** | 1 Google Workspace account, free for 1 year, on Core and above | 1 free; extra users at Google's standard rate | Renews at Google Workspace's standard rate | Core $29 a month billed yearly ($39 monthly) | Not listed on the pricing page |
| **B12** | Custom email address from Website + Client Engagement | Not stated on the pricing page | Included while you're on that plan | $78 a month (monthly billing) | Not listed on the pricing page |
| **GoDaddy Airo** | No, Microsoft 365 sold per mailbox | Per mailbox | Auto-renews per mailbox | Starter $9.99 a month billed annually ($19.99 monthly); email listed from $8.99 a mailbox a month | Connector on Professional and Ultimate |
| **Wix** | No, buy a Google Workspace plan | Per Google Workspace plan | Google Workspace pricing | Not quoted | Not listed on the plans page |
| **Durable** | No, connect Google Workspace or another provider | From your email provider | Your provider's pricing | Launch $22 a month billed yearly ($25 monthly) | Included on Launch and Grow |

"Not listed" means I didn't find it on the vendor's own page on 20 October 2026, not that it can't be done.

## 1. LotsBusiness: email at your own name, unlimited mailboxes, every plan

I built LotsBusiness so a business gets online and found in one subscription, and email is part of that, not an upsell. Once the business's own domain is connected to its website, you set up email at that domain and add as many mailboxes as you need: info@, bookings@ and one for every person on the team. Mailboxes are unlimited and there is no per-mailbox charge. Email runs on [LotsMail](https://lotsmail.to/?utm_source=blog-lotsbusiness&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=launch-2026-10-20), our business email product, and mailboxes are managed there.

What else the same price covers, per business:

- **A professional website** from a ready-made design for your trade, with hosting and HTTPS. Change texts, colours and pages without code, preview, publish. Every version is kept for rollback, and you can download the site as files at any time.
- **Your own domain.** Start on a free `yourname.lotssite.com` address, then connect a domain you already own with one DNS record. LotsBusiness doesn't sell domains; keep yours where it is.
- **On Google Search and Maps.** Create your Google Business Profile step by step and follow Google's own verification, or link the one you have, then post offers and updates. Google decides verification and ranking. The steps are in my [Google Maps guide](https://lots.business/blog/how-to-get-a-business-on-google-maps).
- **Enquiries in one place.** Website contact-form messages go to your business email and the dashboard, spam filtered.
- **Update once.** New hours or a new phone number show on the website and your free LotsBusiness listing straight away.

**Price.** Starter covers 1 business for $120 a year ($10 a month) or $19 monthly. Pro covers 5 businesses for $390 a year and Business covers 25 for $1,290 a year ($4.30 per business a month). Team members and mailboxes are unlimited on every plan. Every business starts with a free directory listing. Details in [LotsBusiness pricing explained](https://lots.business/blog/lotsbusiness-pricing-explained).

**What to know.** Email needs your own domain; it doesn't run on the free lotssite.com address. And if you need an online shop with a cart, that's a different product.

## 2. Hostinger Website Builder: mailboxes free for the first year

Hostinger bundles mailboxes with its builder plans for the first year: 2 mailboxes per website on Premium, unlimited mailboxes per website on Unlimited and Cloud Startup, plus a custom domain free for one year. All plans are paid upfront; the first term is 48 months, and the plans renew at $10.99 a month (Premium, up to 3 websites), $16.99 (Unlimited) and $25.99 (Cloud Startup).

- **Strengths.** A low upfront price per month if you can prepay four years, many websites per plan, and email marketing (Reach) on Unlimited.
- **What to check.** The builder page says mailboxes are "free for 1 year" and doesn't show what they cost after that, so check before year two. Google Business Profile tools aren't on the builder page.

Pick Hostinger if the lowest upfront price matters most and you're comfortable paying four years ahead.

## 3. Squarespace: one Google Workspace account for year one

Squarespace's Core, Plus and Advanced plans include one professional Gmail and Google Workspace account free for the first year when you register or connect a domain. After the first year it renews at the standard annual or monthly rate, and extra users are billed at the standard rate from the start. Basic doesn't include it. Plans are Basic $19 a month billed yearly, Core $29, Plus $49 and Advanced $99 ($25, $39, $65 and $139 monthly), with a 14-day trial and no free plan.

- **Strengths.** Polished design, and Google Workspace is the full Gmail, Calendar and Drive suite.
- **What to check.** Only one account is free, and only for year one. A team of three pays for two Google Workspace users from day one and three from year two.

Pick Squarespace if design matters most and you want Gmail as your inbox.

## 4. B12: a custom email address on its Client Engagement plan

B12 is a website builder for professional service firms. The Website plan is $24 a month and Website + Client Engagement is $78 a month (monthly billing; B12 also offers yearly billing). The custom email address arrives on Website + Client Engagement, together with payments, invoicing, client intake, email marketing and contracts. The higher Advanced plan adds business directory listings and monthly site updates.

- **Strengths.** Client intake, contracts and invoicing in the same place, and B12 offers a do-it-for-you package if you'd rather not build the site yourself.
- **What to check.** The pricing page doesn't say how many email addresses are included.

Pick B12 if you sell professional services and want intake and contracts next to your site.

## 5. GoDaddy Airo: email sold separately, per mailbox

GoDaddy's Airo builder is Starter $9.99 a month billed annually (1 site), Professional $24.99 (up to 10 sites) and Ultimate $99.99 (up to 50 sites), or $19.99, $49.99 and $199.99 monthly. GoDaddy says annual plans get an extra discount in the first year and doesn't show the renewal price. A free domain comes with any paid plan.

Email is Microsoft 365, bought per mailbox: Email Essentials is listed at $8.99 a mailbox a month (10 GB), Email Plus with Security at $9.99, and plans with the Office apps and Teams at $14.99 and $19.99. Each comes with up to 300 aliases, so sales@ and support@ can route to one inbox without another mailbox.

- **Strengths.** Many owners already have their domain at GoDaddy, and Microsoft 365 brings Outlook, Teams and Office on the higher plans. Professional and Ultimate add a Google Business Profile connector.
- **What to check.** Every mailbox is its own monthly charge.

Pick GoDaddy if your domain is already there and you want Outlook and Microsoft 365.

## 6. Wix: email through Google Workspace

Wix doesn't include mailboxes in its plans. Once you have your own domain, its plans page says you can purchase a Google Workspace plan to get a custom address. Most yearly Premium plans come with a free domain voucher for one year. Design range is its strength. I'm not quoting Wix prices here; check the plans in your own region.

Pick Wix if you want its editor and Gmail as your inbox, and you're fine with a second bill for email.

## 7. Durable: connect an outside email provider

Durable is a close all-in-one competitor for service businesses: Launch is $22 a month billed yearly ($25 monthly) and Grow $41 ($49 monthly), with the website, a free domain (up to $20 on Launch, $40 on Grow), the Google Business Profile, 10+ directory listings Durable handles for you, a CRM and bookings. For email, its help center says Durable doesn't provide email services directly; you connect Google Workspace or another provider to your domain.

Pick Durable if you want listings submitted for you and a CRM, and you're fine buying email separately. I compared the two in [LotsBusiness vs Durable](https://lots.business/blog/lotsbusiness-vs-durable).

## For agencies: email for every client

If you run websites for local clients, email is often where the tool bills multiply: a mailbox plan per client, per person, renewing at different times. On LotsBusiness each client is one business in your agency workspace, and each gets email at its own domain with unlimited mailboxes inside the plan: $6.50 per client a month on Pro (5 clients) or $4.30 on Business (25), billed yearly. When a client wants to own everything, a hand-over moves the business, website and domain to their own account and plan, and their email follows the plan that pays for it. More on the [agencies page](https://lots.business/agencies) and in my list of [website builders for agencies](https://lots.business/blog/best-website-builders-for-agencies).

## Setting up email from your AI assistant

Everything above works in the LotsBusiness dashboard. If you already use ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, LotsBusiness works with the AI agent you already use: connect it once on the [connect page](https://lots.business/mcp) and ask in plain words:

> Connect our domain example.com to the website, then set up business email on it and tell me exactly which DNS records to add.

The assistant connects the domain, starts the email setup and lists the records for your domain provider, then checks them once you've added them.

## How to choose

- **You want email included for good, with every mailbox you need:** [LotsBusiness](https://lots.business), from $10 a month billed yearly.
- **Lowest upfront price and a 48-month prepay is fine:** Hostinger.
- **You want Gmail and Google Workspace:** Squarespace (one account free in year one) or Wix.
- **You want Outlook and Microsoft 365:** GoDaddy.
- **You sell professional services and want intake and contracts too:** B12.
- **You want listings submitted for you and will buy email separately:** Durable.

## FAQ

### Which website builders include business email?

Checked on 20 October 2026: LotsBusiness includes email at the business's own domain with unlimited mailboxes on every paid plan. Hostinger includes mailboxes free for the first year. Squarespace includes one Google Workspace account free for the first year on Core and above. B12 includes a custom email address from its Website + Client Engagement plan. Wix and GoDaddy sell email separately, and Durable connects an outside provider.

### Is business email free with a website?

Usually only for the first year. Hostinger's mailboxes and Squarespace's Google Workspace account are free for year one. With LotsBusiness, email isn't a separate charge: it is included in the price of every paid business, with unlimited mailboxes, for as long as the plan runs.

### Do I need my own domain for business email?

Yes. A business address like you@yourbusiness.com needs a domain you own. With LotsBusiness you connect a domain you already have with one DNS record; LotsBusiness doesn't sell domains. Several builders include a free domain with a yearly plan for the first year; Squarespace, Hostinger and Wix say so on their pricing pages.

### How many email accounts do I get with LotsBusiness?

Unlimited mailboxes at the business's own domain on every paid plan, so every person on the team and addresses like info@ or bookings@ can have their own mailbox. Team members are unlimited too.

### Can I keep using Gmail or Outlook?

Yes. You can keep any email provider on your domain with any builder. The difference is the bill: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 charge per user, while LotsBusiness includes unlimited mailboxes in the price of the business.

### Is there a website builder with email for agencies with many clients?

LotsBusiness gives each client business its own website, Google Business Profile steps and email with unlimited mailboxes at the client's domain, from $4.30 per client a month on the 25-client plan, billed yearly. With most other builders here, email is free for the first year only or a separate Google or Microsoft bill per client.
